this is the best tool since sliced bread! Im able to travel and have my dictation done within minutes. So happy we found this solution! I too found dictationstore.com to be extremely knowledgeable and quick to get me up and running!

I dont like that I had to send it else where to have my dictation written out. Had an issue sending it claiming to be my Internet even thought I am on a strong connection secure wireless wifi. Dragon dictation is much better.

Dont waste your time. All the reviews are correct.

Dont bother downloading it. It doesnt do anything after you record. You have to set up some weird URL system

This is part of the SpeechExec system, and is useless without the backend pieces (which many people seem to have missed). The backend (especially the integration with Dragon Legal/Medical/Professional is very nice, but it is a full-fledged system-albeit one that scales nicely to a single user. That said, this app is very nice and easy to use and configure, with some nice routing capabilities.

Ive been experiencing a problem w/ one of my recordings... After inserting a note the whole recording of 14 min tranformed into a 3 min recording ... the info is there entirely but it goes 4 times faster making it incomprehensible... Sugestions?

You might want to keep an umbrella with you because when your dictation a start falling out of the cloud you will find the odor rather unpleasant and staining on garments.

I absolutely love this app it saves me countless hours

Meets HITECH security requirements and is extremely convenient to use. It obviously requires an in-house or transcription service with integrated server capacity but odds are you have that capacity if you use a transcriptionist already. Never lose a dictation if you set it to retain the files for a longer period of time. I rename each file to coincide with my electronic dictation markers in our EHR in case I need to resend. Aside from Dragon (which is not and never will be an equivalent dictation option, its not a human) this is much cheaper than a transcription service integrated through your EHR vendor, yet you give up none of the bells and whistles!

This is a great program, which turns my iPhone 6 into a seamless dictation device. Files are easily transmitted to the dictation hub, and end up on my legal assistants computer as both text and clear voice files for easy transcription. My only complaint is that occasionally, the program locks up. The good news is that when that happens, all I have to do is power-down and restart the iPhone, and im back in business.

Developer has updated app that now requires an ongoing subscription for the app itself! The hardware for your desktop is $$$ and now more $$$ on top of that! Telling all other doctors to stay away!

The recent update locks out the export option for dictation. Now costs $10/month to use.

Work for FCPS in Colorado and upload all of our reports via this app. Regardless of our agency purchasing the app it still only allows a trial period. We are not able to access all of the features, but it still is useable. Good app otherwise!

The new version is more costly, less intuitive to use, and frequently misdirects or fails to send my work. If my firm didnt require me to use it, I wouldnt.

Still on trial period so far very happy with the service. The response that a dictation was received at the hub is almost instant. My transcription is very happy we just switch from tape dictation.

This application is a lifesaver. It lets me generate dictation to the digital trays waiting at my office and forward it to work by email. It is reliable and I love it.

Works great, but it has a warning when you want to overwrite. A little cumbersome, be- cause the handheld old units didnt do that.

Ive only used the app for a few days but it seems like it does just about everything that I want. Its simple to use and seems to be reliable. I would need to use it for a longer period of time before giving it 5 stars.

Although I had a few kinks to work out at my end when I first was provided with the service, once I got up to speed I believe the program is terrific and the ability to dictate from the road and have it sent directly to my assistant is incredibly useful and efficient.
